COFFEE BREAK AT THE FRENCH BAKERY

Colombia has great food, but the bread is not our favorite. How happy we were finding a very good French Bakery, 'La Panadería Francesa', next to our hotel!

The bakery is owned and runned by a sweet French couple, Cyrielle and Cedric. The make all the breads and pastry themselves. They sell baguettes and breads, quiches, sandwiches, cookies and brownies. They have a cute garden where you can sit enjoying a cappuccinos with a treat. Their brownies and pain au chocolat are amazingly good! Cyrielle told us that's because they use fresh cacao from the Sierra Nevada. A great place for breakfast, small lunch of coffee break.

Tip: when leaving Palomino, first stop by the bakery to get some bread for on the way!
